Ride Details

Don't put your bike away for the Winter; ride it!  Join us for this ride to kick-off the 2019-2020 Polar Bear Grand Tour. At our destination you can register for the season so you can log your rides to earn your Polar Bear Patch.

We'll leave Wall WaWa and head straight down the Parkway to the Cape May VFW post for the Polar Bear sign-up (optional). I think the post will have food there, but I suggest we take a half hour ride back to Somers Point and have lunch at the Grilled Cheese Crabcake Company in Somers Point. https://grilledcheeseandcrabcakeco.com The grilled mac n cheese sandwich with crab meat is not to be missed.

After lunch we'll wind our way back up Route 9 to the Poor Man's Parkway (very nice road if you haven't ridden it) and then 539 all the way back to Monmouth Road (537). Or if you need a quicker way home you can pick up the Parkway right after lunch or right after the Poor Man's Parkway.
