The meeting is limited to 100 participants, but it will be video recorded and posted to our facebook page and emailed out to anyone who is unable to join.
You can download the app on your phone or laptop before the meeting and test out that your webcam and microphone are working properly. Or better yet, try it out beforehand to video chat with your homebound loved ones.
This will be our first go around with a video conference this large, so keep your fingers crossed that it all goes well. And remember, if you have any difficulty getting in or would rather just click a link and watch later, the link to the video recording of the meeting will be posted here and sent to all members via email.
